I believe that Engineers and Technicians have incredible problem solving skills. Coupling that with vision and business acumen can multiply their positive impact on our world. This also allows them to quickly grow net worth and become fiscally independent.

My mission is to take all my experiences of success and failure and guide other Engineers and Technicians to optimize their skills so they can maximize their impact. To build an army of results focused critical thinkers that have the business sense to turn their solutions into reality.

I began my career as an avionics tech in the United States Marine Corp working on F4 Phantoms.

Next I completed a technical degree and worked as an electronics technician and field rep for a number of companies.

Later I became a licensed financial services broker and worked as an independent contractor.

I realized I had not met my education goals so I returned to college and completed my engineering degree.

While my degree is in Mechanical Engineering, I love learning so I have successfully managed engineering projects in many disciplines. These include electrical, instrument and controls, combustion turbine, steam turbine, and information technology.

I recently accepted the position of Long Lead Planning Manager for the Power Generation division of the largest energy company in America.

Previous to that my position was Lead Engineer and Product Owner of the Enterprise Asset Management System for that same company.

I quickly moved from entry level engineer to managing engineer. How? By treating my job like it was my personal business.
